The Gateway module is essential to your system as it is both the controlling unit for your home automation and power measurements but also functions as the secure link to our Cloud platform (using the Ethernet connection).

Note: The Gateway module together with the other OpenMotics Home Automation and Power Measurement modules in your installation require a 12VDC power supply which must be purchased separately. Don’t worry though, we have one available in the Shop.
