The Temperature module enables you to connect up to 8 sensors. The available sensors consist of multiple combinations of temperature, light and humidity sensors to suit your needs.

Features & specifications:

  • Each of the 8 sensors that can be connected allow a combination of:
    • Temperature: enables you to create thermostats for multi-room heating with daily regimes
    • Light: define actions based on lighting conditions to automatically open or close shutters & blinds
    • Humidity: typically used to control ventilation to decrease humidity in certain rooms (i.e. bathroom)
  • Link the connected sensors to thermostats (temperature) or other devices connected to your Output modules (lights, shutters, etc.) or Dim Control modules (dimmed lights, ventilation, etc.) using the OpenMotics Cloud management platform.
  • All connected sensors are powered (5V) and protected from short circuits by the Temperature module and do not need require an additional power supply.
    • All available sensors can be found in the Sensors category in this shop.
  • Open source design: both hardware and firmware are fully open source and available
  • DIN Rail mountable (3T wide)
  • All OpenMotics hardware is covered by a 5 year warranty
